Over 200 Republicans in Congress Ask Supreme Court to Overturn Roe v. Wade
Anti-choice politicians don’t care about respecting the Supreme Court’s precedent. All they care about is fulfilling their extremist political agenda. Shame on those involved.

June Medical Services v. Gee will be the first abortion-related case reviewed by the Supreme Court with its newest member appointed by Trump, Brett Kavanaugh. The case will be heard on March 4.
It is, of course, no accident that Trump and McConnell have spent the last three years laser-focused on cramming the federal courts with lifetime judges who have spent their careers restricting reproductive rights and women’s access to health care.
All 39 of the senators who signed the brief were Republicans. Another Republican senator, Josh Hawley, had previously submitted a separate amicus brief. Only two of the 168 House members who signed the brief were Democrats...
“These anti-abortion politicians are making it very clear — they want the Supreme Court to effectively ban abortion, precedent be damned,” Samuel Lau, director of federal advocacy media for Planned Parenthood, wrote in his statement. “To the members of Congress who signed on to this amicus brief: Brace yourselves for the consequences you will face at the ballot box in November.”
In a statement, NARAL President Ilyse Hogue accused the legislators of “gunning to end Roe, criminalize abortion and punish women. If it wasn’t clear why we fought like hell to stop Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation before, it should be crystal clear now,” she said.
