If America seeks to enhance its greatness, perhaps our supposed leaders should take a look at what Mexico is doing. Yes, Mexico.
Mexico City got a substantial warning before the shaking from a distant earthquake arrived [February 16th] — some 30 to 60 seconds broadcast over loudspeakers from an earthquake early warning system.
It was another success for Mexico City’s earthquake warning system — one which California, Oregon and Washington state still lack, and one that is an ongoing target for elimination by Trump.

The Department of Education exists to improve the quality of learning for all children which results in an enhanced future for all of us. Under the fake leadership of Trump, Betsy DeVos, and others, the Department of Education is making decisions directly against the interests of our students, our children, and our future in order to protect for-profit schools who fail them and loan servicing companies who ruin their lives seeking repayment. This is despicable and represent America at its absolute worst.

As we have stated a dozen times before, Scott Pruitt is in charge of the Environmental Protection Agency yet he would love nothing more than to erase it from existence. He's living out his wildest fantasy with this sadistic opportunity to destroy it from the inside. In Pruitt's mind, nothing, even the future our the one planet we have, should stand in the way of corporations doing whatever they want to maximize profits. This is as simple as we can explain it.

No issue in the past 13+ months of Trump's reign of terror / stupidity / embarrassment has drawn more strong outcry than healthcare. That's truly saying something considering the amount of topics that we've loudly dissented about. Our efforts even led to several Republican senators supposedly saving the healthcare system we have, which isn't great but far better than the Trump / GOP alternative.

Despite Trump’s promise to defend LGBTQ rights, his White House continues to take aggressive, bigoted steps to block government efforts to fight discrimination. It is doing so by cutting budgets, dissolving programs and appointing officials unsympathetic to previous practices.
